Adding Context

  1. Navigate When using a 1000x app, you will have the option to add context through the Context section
  2. Provide context
    • Business Overview: Provide a brief overview of your business.
    • Key Benefits: List the main benefits your product or service offers.
    • Audience: Describe your ideal customer profiles.
    • Objections: List common objections your audience may have.
    • Business Objectives: Describe your business objectives from a conversion perspective.
  3. Save Changes Click Save to update your business intelligence data.

Troubleshooting

This may be due to lack of context provided by you. Try the following:
  1. Navigate to the Context window
  2. Add / Edit / Upload information about your business
  3. Re-try using our app
